Design Consultations
$190 Verbal Consults – Two hour verbal consult without drawings. During a typical consult, we stroll around your landscape, determine your taste, goals and style. We look at the spaces, plants, views and possibilities – then give you alternatives to bring about gardens that fit your lifestyle. This basic service is meant to give you a lot of ideas and advice about the options for your future landscape.
$445 Sketch Consults – Two hour consult with rough drawings. These sketches are not to scale, but they do note graphically the ideas discussed. In many cases they can give you a basis for discussion with a contractor about what you want installed but are not intended as blueprints to build from without further development and verification for feasibility from a qualified professional.
$95 Nursery Tour – One hour consultation at the nursery to review plant options that will work well in your landscape based on your site requirements and personal taste. You will then be given a written plant list to reference for immediate purchase or use later. (Recommended only after an on-site consultation.)

Full Service Plans starting at $995*
Since fees are based on the size and scope of the project an initial consultation and site visit are needed to prepare a proposal with a specific price for your project.
Once we have a signed proposal we develop a single concept chosen from our initial consultation into working drawings using our Design Process. These plans focus on providing a clear set of drawings with dimensions and construction details that can be used to obtain accurate contractor bids for installation.

- preliminary concept plan
- meeting review to present and finalize concept plan
- lighting and planting plans
- standard details for planting and construction drawings if needed
- meeting to review construction drawings and final plan
Design Management
We can assist you in submitting the finished landscape plan to qualified contractors for comparison bids. Once a contractor is chosen we are available to be on-site, as needed, to ensure the integrity of the landscape design is maintained during the installation process. We continue to act as your advocate until all aspects of the design have been implemented. This management service is billed at an hourly rate of $95.
